Unboxing: Vegan Cuts Snack Box - April 2015

This month's Vegan Cuts snack box was co-curated by WTFVeganFoods! It had some amazingly delicious treats which I may or may not have eaten in one sitting.

In case you haven't heard of Vegan Cuts, it's an online marketplace with discounted one-of-a-kind vegan items! Think of it like a cruelty-free Groupon! They have an awesome subscription service with a snack box & beauty box option (beauty box will be featured soon!) for only $19.95! This is an absolute steal considering the box is filled with goodies that are worth way more!

John & I agree to split each box depending on what we liked & I included a short review of my picks. I believe everyone's boxes were slightly different based on what was in stock, but you can check out what we got below!

* denotes favorites from our picks

John's Picks

A full-size bag of MixtBag Yellow & Blue Corn Tortilla Chips

A full-size Grab The Gold Chocolate Peanut Butter Snack Bar

A sample packet of Vibrant Health PureGreen Protein

My Picks

A small packet of Crunchmaster Multi-Grain Sea Salt Crackers
These had a glossy finish to them & I was disappointed with the lack of flavor & weird texture.

A can of Dark Dog Yerba Mate Organic Energy Drink
This basically tasted like soda water. No flavor.

A small packet of YumEarth Organics Sour Jelly Beans*
These were so good! The texture was perfect & they were nicely sour & sweet! I would totally give these to my future kids, especially since they're sweetened with fruit!

A small packet of YumEarth Organics Fruit Snacks*
As you know, I love gummy candy! These, like the jelly beans, were delicious & pretty healthy since they are sweetened with fruit. Future kiddos, prepare yourselves!

A full-size package of Thai Red Rice Noodles
I haven't gotten to try these yet (I'm whipping something up this weekend), but I was pretty intrigued that these were included. I eat rice noodles all the time, so nothing new there, but the red color should be interesting.

This box definitely had some hits & misses, but I absolutely loved the little candies & I know John really enjoyed the chips!

If you're interested in trying a Snack Box, check out Vegan Cuts & give it a try!
